On behalf of the Builders Association
of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) and its many members, welcome to the 2010 Spring
Parade of Homes. This new home showcase event provides you the opportunity to
find your dream home; or to start dreaming about how you might be able to
re-decorate or renovate your existing home! Over the next two weekends, the 67
homes and communities on the Parade will be open for you to tour as many times
as you like…and it is FREE!
The homes on the Parade include production and custom
homes in a variety of price ranges. Some of the homes may be fully decorated and
landscaped, others may be left for the buyer to finish themselves, it just
depends how far along each builder is in the process. Find confidence in knowing
that all of these homes have been built by a member of BAGI and all Association
builders agree to adhere to the Quality Assurance Builder Standards, a written
set of standards addressing prevalent issues that arise during the construction
process.

more! Or, if you are looking to find a builder to help you build a brand new
home or a remodeler to help you renovate your existing one -- we have that
covered too!
You will also find ideas on how to improve the energy
efficiency in your home and information about the tax credits, which expire on
April 30th.
