10 operating divisions and was founded in 1976 in
Columbus, Ohio by Mel and Irving Schottenstein. Still a
family business, Bobby Schottenstein is currently
President/CEO. As a company, in the past 34 years, we
have proudly closed more than 74,000 homes.
The Indianapolis division has been managed locally for
23 years. We are currently building new homes in 22
desirable neighborhoods, offering 5 product lines: ECO,
Carriage, Horizon, Prestige, and Showcase.
Our quality homes range from $89,990 to the mid 300’s.
All homes are sold with a 30 year structural warranty
(compared to the standard 10 year warranty) and are 100%
EnergySTAR qualified; inspected with a 3rd
