The Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) hosted
its annual Spring Parade of Homes, an event sponsored by
Indianapolis Power & Light, in late April. Over 110 new homes
and 10 new home communities, located throughout the Indianapolis
Metropolitan area, participated.
Many of these home are still open to tour. Simply contact the
builder listed prior to visiting.
If
you would like to pick up a copy of the Parade magazine, stop by
the Builders Association office at 1011 Dr. Martin Luther King
King
Jr. Street between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Find confidence in
knowing that all of these homes have been built by a member of BAGI
and all Association builders agree to adhere to the Quality
Assurance Builder Standards. The Standards provide new home buyers
a written set of standards addressing prevalent issues that arise
during the construction process. The Quality Assurance Builder
Standards are available only through Association members.
Over two weekends,
you will have the opportunity to tour as many homes as you like…as
many times as you like. So take your Spring Parade of Homes guide
with you and enjoy your tour!
